Yes Sir, it's just a plain Jane BDL.
It shoots as well as any rifle on the farm though.
I have hunted with a Remington Rifle every season, I just like 'em, they shoot well and they work.

My Remington 7400 is a sweet shooter I use it for fields and power lines(30-06) the two lever actions are for the woods as most deer we harvest in Maine are within 50 yards the levers are called bush-beaters

I'll be carrying this Robeson Shuredge that I received as a gift from Ramrod yesterday. Beautiful strawberry scales, strong snap on both blades and very nice feel in the hand. I like barlows and I've always wanted one of these. Thank you Mark, the surprise knife was a great way to start the weekend.

cancelled SFO - I have not recieved my clip, but the wharnie I recieved doesn't
have a flaw. These are bone handled GEC SS Lockbacks for $64.00!!!

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
Hello, my name is Dave and I have a problem with knives.
My Opinel had a good long run of winning the daily EDC choice. The run was so long and my satisfaction so complete, that I thought I was becoming something of a one knife man.
But then, most of last week, my Ulster Camper found it's way into my pocket and today, it is my Schrade 5OT. How can this be. How can my fascination and satisfaction swing so much?
I think terms like "one knife man" might be wrong headed. Too close to "one woman man" and the fidelity that implies. Perhaps "parent" is a better analogy. I love each of my kids for different reasons.
I collect bicycles (3 in working order, trying to get down to 2 again) and skis (about 10 pair, nearly all of which will be used this year), so why should knives be any different.
What is the collective noun for one's collection of knives? Cyclists talk about their "stable". Skiers refer to their "quiver".
In any event, here's today's carry. Anybody else like the satisfaction of polished edge contrasted with carbon patina?

I think I've seen it referred to as "pile". Others may say something different.pinnah wrote: What is the collective noun for one's collection of knives? Cyclists talk about their "stable". Skiers refer to their "quiver". [/attachment]

I got rid of most of my "pile" in the two POS roundtables. Now working towards the next one.
