What is the O.M.A.R.? Any thoughts on the age of this one?
Length 5 3/8" closed.

I believe the company name is actually ROMO. For some reason certain of their knives were stamped thusly but I don't recall the reason.
EDIT: In Levine's 2nd edition he lists it as Rosenbaum & Mogal as wholesalers in Germany and Japan from 1917 to whenever that was printed.
