Are the handles Mother of Pearl?

It's a Camco I paid $5.00 for. I don't believe I've ever had a MOP knife before..... I'm such a greenie..

I never saw a CAMCO with pearl scales....

no they appear celuloid to me

Hey TripleF, the handles are what I (and I think most others) know as cracked ice celluloid. Camillus used a lot of it on the Camco line. It starts out quite a bit whiter, but tends to amber some with age. If you ever get ahold of a real MOP knife, you'll know the difference! (and if it's amber, you got yourself a goldlip MOP knife ::ds:: ) WB
