I would have to say the Burnt Stag is my favorite … but you're right, that Buffalo is sweet, and thanks to Greg at TSA I snagged a nice PB.

A smooth Ram's horn NF would be beautiful … ::tu::

Yep, just drawn to them whittlers …

Got a few Courthouse that I still need to post too …

Earl, those are beauties! If that PB was the result of slim pickins, I'd like to see the fat stufF!

Both of those are really primo - haven't seen many Red Stag that look nearly that good in this lot - nicely done!

Hey thanks fellas. I got lucky on the RS and didn't actually see many PB's,figured all the real good ones got snapped up early.

For those of you that have them, how are the springs on these knives? I love the pattern and I'm considering grabbing one.

On the softer side than typical for GEC. Main blade is a bit harder to open than the secondary blades which are real easy. On a 1-10 scale, with 10 being a nail breaker the main is around a 3/4 I'd say.

I like them firm. For example, like on most GEC 73s & 56s and some of the older Case knives I have from around the late 60s & 70s.
