Are you looking for a book or knives handmade by Tony Foster ? As far as I know neither exist . I know Tony and to my knowledge he only sells knives and contributes to "Parker's Pocket Knife TRADER'S Price Guide" . If you are referring to the "loose leaf" Bulldog price guide that Tony compiled and published in August , 1990 , I have the only copy that I have ever seen . I am sure that other copies exist and if I can remember , I will ask Tony about them when I see him in Louisville this month .

Yes, I believe that's the one. I saw it in the Knife Collector's Encyclopedia. I'm new to knife collecting, and am interested in learning everything I can about Bulldog knifes.

The founder of Bulldog Knives (Charlie Dorton) is a good friend of mine . He lives about 40 miles from me . He and I had the "Ole Jack Krack-A-Jack" cotton sampler (which can be viewed in my AAPK store -- Ridgewood Cutlery) made by GEC . The Bulldog knives that Charlie had made (1978 - 1987) are some of the highest quality production knives ever made IMHO .
