I've got one Bark River knife. It's the Bravo 1. Without a doubt it's the most solidly built knife I have ever owned. I have used it very little thus far but from all I've read and heard it won't let you down.
One of our members here, Lenny357, has done a Youtube video where he puts his through the paces. He is the one who convinced me to get one because he knows his stuff when it comes to knives.

Bark River makes a lot of different blade shapes and sizes so I'm sure you can find one to meet your wants and needs. They are excellent quality knives.

When Mike Stewart was running Marble's 1996-2002
they made some of the best knives in their 110 yr history !!!
He now runs this outfit, and nothing but good has come from it
Never used one, but had many in my hands at shows, beautifull knives !!!
I also have heard nothing but good about Barkies

Re: bark river
Blackjack, Marbles, Bark River. Wherever Mike Stewart goes the quality of the knives are excellent.
I have several Effingham Blackjacks, a couple of Stewart years (I think) Gladstone Marbles so now I need a Bark River. Make mine a Gunny.

I've been carrying the Bark River Little Carver since I got it. Their a great knife company with a no questions asked warranty on knife and sheath. If you ding the blade or just want it to look new again you can send it to the spa for a minimal amount. I've owned about twenty of them and a lot of the models come in different steels. You can get a good deal on the Bark River subforum(for sale) on knifeforums.

I own and use a Bravo-1 and a Northstar and they are two of the most well-built, beautiful, and capable fixed blades I have ever owned or handled.
You will be impressed as soon as you handle one. Do not hesitate to buy a Bark River, you will be so glad you did - only question would be which one.
