Older Camillus purchased from a old man that purchased it for his hardware store around 1946 a early short line tang stamp. #72 carpenters knife. Poor picture nice knife sorry to see them closing.

A real shame about the demise of Camillus. I've got a few knives made by Camillus, and for my money, they are well done.

Here are just two...an Office Knife...and a 4 line stamped Champagne pattern.....

thats a really cool idea on that sheath Phil, did you or Paul come up with the idea? I might try making a sheath for a hunting knife I just made and put two loops for my .44 mag rifle on it (if you don't mind that is)

My harebrained idea, Paul's skill and workmanship. MM, I give you the idea. Now take the ball and run with it.
