Serpentine Jack pattern # 422438 over a larger 75. Punch marked Made in USA Pat Apr25-05.
What is the larger 75 below the pattern number. Old knife is 3 7/8" long closed. Punch is short.

Re: Robeson Pocket Eze with punch blade
That's a nice knife and a rare blade configuration.
Robeson used various suffixes to their pattern numbers to denote a departure from the standard.
I've seen, 1/4, 1/2, 1-4, 1-2, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150 etc.
I know what some of them mean, but not all.
Evidently, in the case of your knife, 75 indicates the addition of a punch blade instead of the usual pen blade.
