Help please

Post by just bob »

Does anyone know what type of knife this is? The original blade was so worn I can't read it. Thanks

Lady's Leg.

Edit: (Unless you were talking about the maker, then I wouldn't have a clue. )

Looks like two different tang stamps on the two larger blades. One looks like "Berkshire" which is a Simmons Hdwe brand, and the other looks like Iroquois, which is a Utica brand (according to Goins). Can't read the smaller blade. ::shrug::

I should have explained this better - my fault. I know this is a Lady's Leg knife. The original blade at the bottom of the picture is the blade that came out of the knife. The 2 other blades in the picture are blades I found in my junk that might work in this, but I'd like to know who the maker of the knife is. Thanks so much!

Seriously, it looks a lot like the new Schrades. I haven't seen an old Schrade leg knife, but perhaps they are similar ...

Look at this site and you can probably rule out H. Boker, Remington, Case, Pearl Dancer, Winchester, Voss, & NCCO
