1/8" x 1/2"x 18-1/4" O-1 oil hardening steel

I found several pieces of this stuff at the local industrial supply. Might make someone some good folder blades or trout and bird knives. Let me know if you could use some or if you have any other ideas for a good use for it.

Tool Steel O-1 Flat Ground
Precision Ground - Oil Hardening

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

CHARACTERISTICS - O1 is an oil-hardening, non-deforming tool steel which can be hardened at relatively low temperatures. Tools and dies made from O-1 will have good wearing qualities since the tungsten and higher chromium content gives improved wear resistance over the straight manganese grades.
WORKABILITY - - Machinability is high. Grindability is high.
APPLICATIONS - Blanking Dies, Bushings, Forming Dies, Master Tools, Forming Rolls, Guages, Trim Dies

that would make great blades and springs, for scratch projects or even restoration, if you can't find the proper spring, simply make one. Whats a piece of that gonna cost me Jeff?
