One more I just picked up...this Pal is the first one I've seen with a Remington style sheild and dark colored bone...
Maybe a early one right after they purchased Remington...

Johnnie,
Nice looking little scout troop you have rounded up.
I've never seen that knife with a Case stamping before either. Is it farily recent production or is it an older knife ?

That knife looks very similar to the ones made by Camillus.

Re: The All Scout Knives Thread
He says 2001.....I think that the only thing " Case " about that knife is the master blade.
If not...its very rare indeed.

Re: The All Scout Knives Thread
Got my Bear & Son in today..........and just like the Remmy Repro's..it lacks in fit and finish....mostly finish.
But I still like it and glad I got it at a steal of a price.
What really surprised me was the liners....they're not brass...in fact theres no brass on this knife at all.

They're called "bone stag" in my opinion......but the box reads "Genuine India Stag".
Definition of bone stag.....bone made to look like stag.
