I just have to tell someone. I finished the CASE Dynasty book and wanted to revisitLittle Valley NY The village of knives. I was awe inspired. Beautiful day, in the 50's I saw the old Case factory, just a brick house now, and the boarded up Cattaraugus plant. I was moved. The town is just about dead and the I closed my eyes and visioned the plants in full production. I just couldn't believe how historical this area was and just wasting away. I wanted so bad to search the ground, look inside the plants and ask questions. People just laughed at me and shrugged their shoulders with my questions. They know not what they have. It was a walk among the cutlery history like I have never experienced. I think you will understand. It is such a beautiful area and rich with history of our favorite hobby. It you get a chance, go, it was well worth the afternoon trip for me. The ulitmate collectable, to own the Case factory !!!!!!!!! Imagine
