Knife restoration

Post by mydoghasoneleg »

I have decided to restore alot of my old knives and I was wandering if anyone had some information they could pass along to me. Any suggestions on using a dremmel or sand paper, I am interested in putting a shine back on stainless steel knives , removing some of the scratches from boslters and cleaning up brass. If there are any good how to books, I would like to know.

Start on a knife you care nothing about, then move to another 4 or 5 you care nothing about. ;)
