Help me ID my pocket knife

I recently acquired a pocket knife and cannot find anything on the web about it (or maybe i'm doing it wrong). It is a small pocket knife that has a link attached (for a keychain?). It has three different sets of letter on it. ACP on the handle, ART on the blade, and AGP on a piece sticking out from the handle. There is no smooth part to the handle, it is instead an engraving of two big cats running on either side (panthers? or leopards? not quite sure) Any help or a point in the right direction would be very helpful. THANKS

It would help if you could post some detailed photos of the knife showing a close up of the tang as well. I'm sure someone here can help.

Looks to be a watch fob knife, but I don't know anything specific about it.
