Has this ever happened to you?
She is gone I can't find her any where. ::tear::
Out of 465 knives this is my first run-a-way.
I had her in my hands about 2 weeks ago and now shes gone.

justold52...

This has happened to me once or twice over the years...always managed to find the mutinous runaway, however. I know you've probably heard it a thousand times, but TRY and retrace your steps on the day you last had the knife...(were you interrupted while examining it, and laid it down in a spot you normally wouldn't?) Check all your pockets. Your workbench. And double check to make sure it's not merely "misplaced" somewhere in your collection, i.e., wrong case, drawer, etc.

Hope you find it soon.

Hi Ken. Try the clothes hamper. Maybe you stuck it in your pocket and forgot to take it out and it fell into the hamper. That has happened to me more than once.

ButchTN Thanks but I just did that and no luck yet.

After thinking way too much on this. I might have rolled her up in a rag
And set it on the dash of my School bus to place her in my pocket.
Then went to the back of the bus to make sure not kids still on it (Sleeping). Then ??? Walked out and forgot her. I have not been to work all week at home sick. Under Dr.’s care for 2 weeks. Like a vacation with pay. If this happened I might be out of a rotten job. Time will tell. I think they would see this as a WEPON on a School bus.

Just a thought - but if it comes to your job, then you were just doing your job. "I don't know where it came from, but it was on the ground by the bus stop - thought I'd pick it up so the kiddies didn't."

I hate to fib, but if it's your job over something like this, then I think a little white lie might be in order...

Best wishes with the employers....

Diligence good idea you passed on thank you.

I called in today and asked if any one turned in a pocket knife and my boss said no not that he knows of. So it looks like I still have a rotten job next week. But my LADY is still missing. ::tear:: ::tear::

YUP PERR's johney I will give a $10.00 reward.

Well I am removing the REWARD now.

She IS home now. I am not sure that I want to tell you ALL here about this knife.

I have a Camillus C2375 Robo Assisted Black Tanto 4 1/2" closed.
That is one sweet knife. IMO. I also see here that many think Camillus make very nice knives.

Well LOOK OUT!!!!
This is a clear cut case of know what you are buying first. ::disgust:: It's not just the name of the maker. Like back when Schrade made knives in USA. You could always trust the name Schrade. ::nod::

This knife starts with Camillus and STOPS there. "It SUCKS" but looks good in a photo only. I can not find a place on the knife (no box) that says made in CHINA, but it sure fells like it. No tang stamping at all. Just that etching on the one blade. "ROUGH CUT". But Rough Rider is made better than this piece of dog do do. One blade has to be forced to open and close. Like too much pressure no clearance. The steel is of today’s tin can quality. ::disgust::
I tap on the knife when holding on a blade and it rings like a pitchfork.
The liners are made of some kind of lightweight metal I am not even going to call it STEEL. The spring??? If it has one???? The edges around the scales and bolsters just touched the grinding wheel in some spots.

I am trying to find a place to put the trued so not to even let my LADIES see it. If it would not clog my toilet,
That’s the place for this knife. As a new collector a fell I can't even give this away.

NOW to be safe this is all just my option.
