I have 5000 rounds of .223, my Triumph Rocket III Motercycle and my old Dad's 250 Savage. Oh yea, the Gibson Banjo would need some protection. An Ax and some knife. I can't take most of them out of the safe! I also have some nice dynamite for real serious get even's.

In a Bluegrass show, how do you know when the stage is level........................The banjo player has drool running from both corners of his mouth!
Sorry had to include a banjo joke.

Ya know what they say, you can always tell the REAL cowboy because he always sits in the middle, that way, he doesn't have to do any of the driving and he doesn't have to open and close the gates.

Re: What would you grab if all hell broke loose,
About 20 years ago, I'd just rented a house in a rather "interesting" neighborhood. I was only half-moved in, no phone hooked up yet, and since I was working graveyard at the time I was crashed out in the basement during the day. One day I woke to voices upstairs, loud voices I didn't recognize, so I figured I'd better check it out.
I got to the top of the stairs and turned the corner. I heard two screams and one old man saying, "Son, I can see those pistols are both loaded so please be careful. And did you know you're naked?"
Turned out the house was for sale and the real estate agency had a key but no one had told me. After we got that little situation resolved the real estate agencies were very careful to call and set up an appointment to show the house. But I learned a valuable lesson there.
The first thing you should grab is your pants.
A naked man gets little respect, even if he's got a .41 in one hand and a .45 in the other.

Quality should not be an accident. So what is the explanation for some of the knives we've seen in the past few years? (from A Knifebuyer's Manifesto)

Re: What would you grab if all hell broke loose,
Are we walkin' or drivin'? I'd have to grab my cane, C-Pap machine and medication. After that, I need to make sure my Camillus EZ-Open is in my pocket before I hunt down the Blackjack Trail Guide, Colt .45 cal. Mark IV, Series 70 and Ruger .22 cal. Single-Six. If I'm drivin', I'd take along the Winchester 12 ga. model 1300 with the 18.5" barrel and the Ruger Mini-14 (Ranch Rifle). I think that along with a bag of chips and a 12-pack of Pabst should get me by for a while. All depends on what kind hits the fan and how much of it. I might be just as well off hunkered down right here, peekin' out the window with lots of ammunition close at hand and the kitchen close at hand.
