Knives from my cigar boxes

I have been interested in pocket knives for many years but I lack the knowledge to make an educated purchase. I buy knives that bring back memories or are interesting for some other reason. I put them in a cigar box with the thought that someday, I will get them out and look them over. Well, today was the day. I dumped them and laid them on a white cloth to photograph them.
I'm pretty sure I don't have anything real valuable but I couldn't find any in the pile that I didn't like. Through this site, I am going to try to educate myself on pocket knives.
As I become more confident, I will likely spend more on higher quality knifes but I'll always be a sucker for that no name knife with handles that look like candy or like the shinny one I carried in the early 50's.

Those knives are priceless! They bring back memories! You can't put a price on that! And anyways the only reason it matters how valueable my collection is for when someone sells them after I pass away so they can buy something they really want.

Thanks for the nice comments - I happy that others see beauty in the same things that I do.
FRJ asked about the knife between the coins. The blade is marked: Camillus, New York USA and on the other side of the blade is the number 49.
Chetr 1200c asked about the easy open. I think you are talking about the one with the big curved blade. There is no name on the knife. It never had a blade spring, it just flops open or closed. The handle is made from horn or bone that is mostly black with a little white in it. Al

Collectors have focus so I call folks like you and me, accumulators. We're the generalists with eclectic taste and not afraid to show it. You have a very nice accumulation there. I see just a little bit of everything there. Great cigar box.

Dave, I think it's about the same as the picture you sent but this one is stamped "Colonial Prov. RI USA". The smaller brass one is marked "MSR USA." Thanks, Al
