Hardness of Linemans/Electricians Screw Driver blade?

Has anyone ever tested the hardness of the screwdriver blade on the older linemans/electricians?

Just curious if it was heat treated too?

I haven't tested them, but I would assume they are tempered too being put under so much stress. I have a few ideas for them, just not enough hours in a day

Usually a blade that will undergo torque needs to have a lower rockwell hardness than a cutting blade, so it is tempered back to the low to middle 50's. Good for toughness, but not for edge-holding. Perhaps we'll hear from some true experts, as I recently learned this from the Harness Jacks I had made by Queen, and not from hands-on knife-making.
