you guys might find this be a lil' bit silly
In my short period of pocket knife using and accumulating, I found a very interesting phrase, so to speak.
and that phrase is "Oil The Joint". this phrase always stick in my head for some reason, every time some body showing me their slipjoint, I always checked if they oil the joint or not.
But, I never know what would happen if you're not oiling the joint of your knife, until I came across this pic in another forum...it's from an I*XL George Wostenholm Sheffield England knife.
I know that this phrase in stamped in some of the old knife, been trying to get them, but the price always too high for me. so when I see this knife by Joseph rodgers with a very reasonable price, I just had to have it.
beside the Oil the joint stamp, this is a very well made knife,
