I will post this here and do another in vintage discussion with some photos. I have a family heirloom Marbles Safety folder. It has never been touched except to sharpen lightly by my Grandad - probably before I was born. I know the prices are out of sight, but I will never sell this relic. How could a vintage one like this, first go for $700.00 then with fine sandpaper and a (fake?) sheath go for $1300.00?
Like I say he must have some 'shills' buying his stuff or those who are real buyers, just fall for his skillful refurbishing.
