When I first spyed this one I thought for sure it would be stamped kent.
but it's a Camco,nice butter & molasses scales.

Not surprising you would have thought that since both Kent & CAMCO were lower end Camillus brands. I'm almost positive.

It sure was Johnnie,like so many others before them.
I was surprised to learn Utica is still in business and still makes
a few pocket knives. ::nod::

Kent was the brand Camillus made for W.W. Woolworth Stores.
Many are the same as Camco and some Camillus patterns.

Thanks Dale, I went to many Woolworth store as a kid and actualy my Mom
bought my first drum kit there...what a great memory....
I remember looking at the knives there in a big glass counter display.

I remember Ben Franklin stores,
The only Big K I know of are the ones now that used to be K-Mart.
Is there a different Big K?

Really?.....when I was a kid...we had Big K stores that eventually turned into Kmart's or Walmart's. :shock: ...But this was back in KY in the early to mid 70's. ::nod::
