Ruple Copperhead
I picked up my first true custom slipjoint this week. A Bill Ruple Copperhead ATS-34 Blades, 3 3/8" , dovetailed stainless steel bolsters, amber stag bone scales with half stops.

Looks to me like we all just upped our level a notch and our goals to have a UNIQUE knife like this MAGNIFICENT LADY.
What will you call her?

The truth is I have been naughty but haven't got caught yet...

Tank,
I bought this as an already finished product, I hear that the waiting list for his stuff is like 3-5 years. I am much too impatient to wait that long..

Ken,
You are correct it does look like taste are changing, maturing and moving up a notch for folks. I wonder if that is the natural movement among longtime knife collectors..? I just think it's a love for all these great looking knives old & new, customized & factory that keep us aquiring..Thanks..
