Any Info On This Knife?

this knife appears to be made of pearl, with silver inlayed words/symbol..."Chesapeake And Ohio Railway and the sleeping cat symbol"...tang stamped with solingen germany only...one blade, fingernail file, scissors and a bottle opener....can anyone tell me how old this is or its possible worth?

I have bought and sold several of these advertising knives. Mostly corporation bought them for gifts to buyers etc. They run $15 to $20 as of lately. Nice quality for this type of knife.
