As it was explained to me back when I finally posted an intro, acquisition of two or more knives of the same pattern without advance declaration of intent to not collect constitutes collecting. . . .

Jim, you're absolutely right. I'd say it's already too late to turn back. And old military knives are a long road to follow - I mean, some of these guys have TL-29s by the hundreds.

It's true.......I have one and I am in trepidation of owning two; hopeing I will fall into kitchen can opener collecting or something. Ugh, what next, hominy and canned asperagus........................
