I finally got my Toothpic. I think it was worth the wait. These do have a good hand feel.

A few I've had re-handled...I'm curious to see how GEC's elk stag looks.
These are not stainless...2 Northfield's and 2 Tidioute's.

My first GEC elk stag;

I was a little disappointed with this knife when it arrived, as I was expecting more grain or bark, but I'm warming up to it. It sure does feel good in the hand!

Thanks Ken.............It took a bit of searching to find this one and I'm pretty pleased.......the only problem was I had also found one with the clip blade I liked...........hesitated..........and it was GONE

These got snapped up pretty fast

Perhaps to much, but she is mine and on the way to live in IL.

Don't know the exact number Ken, But mine is marked 35. I bought mine from Perry Miller aka. (Knifekid) when they first came out and he told me these 1 blade trappers would be the shortest run in the American Elk handles.

I thought he told me there were only 30 something made but I can't be for sure on that Kelley

Gunsmoke47; the web sit says 35 but I am not sure if it is 35 of the knives and 6 factory run knives. or if they only made 35 and all are factory run knives??
