Finally got my elk stag 72 today. It doesn't have near the texture that some of you guys examples have, being nearly smooth. I like it!

Real nice selection, Edge. Nicely matched pairs and great all-around choices. I haven't been able to locate a decent 72 clip in elk; I was looking for one similar to yours, but could only aquire a smooth one. I'm still on the fence about keeping it, but I did find a nice elk wharnie.

The Tuna Valley's are sweeet! Just ordered my second, 2nd ed. to add to my three 1st ed. and first 2nd ed. All stag, of course. ::nod::

Thanks Barry and Mike!

Really nice TV's, Barry! I like the trapper w/ end cap a lot … ::nod:: ::tu::

I know what you mean about the Elk - took me a couple tries to get this one.

Mike, I really like them a lot. I have another clip in each handle on the way for EDC, as these are going into the "vault" …

I like the smooth action and lock up, (not nail busters, but with GEC quality), and the 440C will take some abuse/neglect - nice combination for EDC, I think.

Have a great 4th, guys!
