2 piece Ulster Knife

I have an Ulster knife that seperates into two pieces. One side has a knife blade, the other a 2 tine fork and large spoon bowl. It has dark wood handles and is 4 3/8" long when closed and 7 5/8" long with the knife blade open. Aside from the manufacturers name on the knife blade the only other markings I have found are the #s 39 on each of the mating surfaces. Any information would be appreciated as to date etc. I tried to post a picture but for some reason the post didn't go through so I will try to post this and a picture later.
