Can anyone identify this knife C in a diamond tang ?

Post by lt632ret »

Hello I recently bought out a dealer who had a roll of mostly but not completely north easten tangs . In any event there was an ebony 2 bladed jack ( see pics ) with a tang marking of a C in a diamond . I have looked through Goins and Levine and a couple of others to no avail to identify the maker. I thought perhapes someone might recognize it . I would appreciate any help. Thanks to all LT

Thanks guys I have a pretty good library and could not locate it either . I usually am on the other end of the question. BUT what bugs me is that I feel I have seen it somewhere. Thanks again LT

Goins lists a "Diamond Cutlery Co." c. 1901-1904, but that's all he has to say.
"There are none so blind as those that refuse to see"

God Bless America - Though I don't know why he would want to.
