Anyone familar with the Maker of this knife??

In a recent group purchase I got the knife pictured below. It is a well made knife and the tang is stamped RED HORSE CUTLERY, Bartlesville, OK. - USA on one side and on the pile side, it is stamped TERRY COCHRAN, Bartlesville, OK - USA.
Anybody seen other knives like it? This particular knife commemorates Heck Thomas, a noteable frontier lawman. There was a same, or similar, knife that commemorated Bill Tihlmann, who was his cohort in hunting down bad guys in the Indian Territory back in the day.
I feel sure this knife was made by Camillus but if anyone knows for sure, please let me know.
Any clue as to age? I realize it is not what I would call vintage but still would like to know the age.
Value? I searched and found nothing that would indicate the amount of recent sales.

That looks almost identical to the Grandaddy Barlow(Model CM-2)that was issued by A.G.Russell for the Knife Collectors Club in 1973 right down to the knife shield.And yes it was made by Camillus.

I don't know....but I would put my money on Camillus.

You are correct, JR! In my searching around I found the exact same knife with the Camillus stamp.
