Hard not to like a Case trapper.

The war was still a cause of resentment in my part of the country when I was a child, thank God that is over now. So I guess a blue and gray knife is a sign of progress.

I guess I'm too old to ever have a son, but if I did, he'd be named Robert Jackson.

hey johnnie,
Yep, Boker made a series of five knives from 1991-1995, commemorating the 130th anniversary of the war.
They alternated every year with different battles, bone colors (blue & gray - smooth & jigged), until the last year, they made this one for Apomattox with both the blue and gray.

Sorry, didn't mean to hijack - just thought they were very similar.
Would be cool to have both the Boker and Case versions! ::tu::
