Help with German Knife ID

It has Premium Stock Knife etched on the blade and SUGE on the tang and Solingen on the back.

any one seen or know about these? any help would be appreciated.

I thought it was a sure edge at first glance

i looked in my stuff and found nothing. maybe not meant for export?
