I just pulled the trigger on a stag equell end harness jack from GEC at collectorknives.net. I have been eye-ballin the GECs for a while .I got a AAPK stag trapper that is amazing.I hope to share some pics soon. Jason :D

Thanks Mike, Yea ,like I said the Trapper I have is impressive.The detail is great and the shield is pinned on.Who does that any more?I have some schrade cut co 3 7/8 trappers and The GEC fits right in with them.I wander if GEC pinns all their shields on.To me thats a sign of going the extra mile.

JIC, as far as I know GEC pins all of their shields, ::tu:: and I agree, that is a great sign
I love the AAPK Trapper, it's perfect club knife, I went with Stag over Rams horn too, and I'm glad I did because the stag is Great. 8)

Can't wait to see some pics. ::ds::

Thanks guys .Yea I think Im gonna fall hard for these GECs.I mostly collect vintage but I really want to support the companys making great knives in The USA.From what I Hear and see GEC Is cranking out some high quality knives for an affordable price.I plan on getting more for sure. where do yall sugest shopping for them. ::tu:: good luck with your new purchase and i agree with you 100% supporting a U.S. company cranking out great knives.finding them is half the fun even thou Monk helped me find the calf roper which i could not find

I really like the 3 7/8 trapper and the tooth pick ,im gonna get one of them and like the reverse dog leg jack. oh yea I want a barlow too. finally my next edc is gonna be a GEC. Any recomendations on that? :D ...........Jason

Jason, a lot of the distributers have a ecd section they might have a very slight imperfection at a discount price. they all stand up to use as a ecd
