IT is about 4 inches long when closed. Big knife. Bone on back is cracked two spots, with a very small piece missing. Walk and talk on the main blade is poor. Others are great and it appears to be well made. I too beleive it is an OLDER example. As I said no brass on this old girl. Everything else is tight. I will be listing this one I think on ebay.
