My #33 Ancient Kauri wood came in today. Here's some quick pics. Its a little dark but in the light the kauri is a dark amber color.

Saw that on Gary's site,sent a pm to Falah,poof its gone....

Like to see a big 'ol slab of that Kauri a couple shades lighter on an e-toe ::drool::

hope this time customs would let it slip easily ::nod::

It's got to be hard to catch the real color, because the color changes with the viewing angle and lighting.

Here are two shots, one taken right after the other, with the angle of the shot changed slightly. They were taken on a windowsill in strong, early afternoon sunlight.
