A nice old Camillus E.O. knife.

Etched blade, nice bone handles.

Well, I just spent an hour perusing this thread for the first time; What a show! Thank you all! Most of my knives are post-1930, but I have a few.... This early pearly from Challenge Cutlery should qualify for this thread. Mirror bright blades.... they don't show up correctly on my scanner. Three inches, with half stops.

This one is probably not older than 1930, but it is kinda old, maybe even older than me. It is a real chunk. I think a contract for Sears or Wards or... by Camillus, Ulster...?

Goins says HIGH CARBON STEEL was a trademark used by Camillus between 1927 &1940.

There's nosuchthing as a bad Catt, but that one is lovely. You could do some serious fingernailpickin' with that needly sticky kinda blade thingy.

Tom, I dont know what it is either but thats a big reason why I like it. That sheild is just great looking also. Does the handle feel simular to horn or bone?
