NEED HELP WITH ITALY KNIFE AND GERMAN KNIFE INDENTIFICATION

I picked these two up with a collection I bought but don't know what they are. Any info would be appreciated. The larger unused knife is from Italy and measures 4" closed and the smaller used one is from Solingen, Germany and measures 3 3/4" closed. I don't know the brand or when they were made. Thanks in advance for any help or opinions.

The running bull or El Toro is Schmidt & Ziegler, 1930-1975. By the way, that brand has exceptional edge holding ability. You will need a diamond stone to sharpen it but it is a dandy. A very under-appreciated brand.

The Italian one MAY be an import of H. Willis Co of Louisville, Ky, 1971 to 1975.

Thanks, Ray, I had no idea. I had a Schmidt & Ziegler once but I believe it had the brand stamped. There may have been an etch on the blade of this one but I couldn't make it out. I never had a knife from Italy so that one is a complete mistery to me. It has a W below the Ram tang stamp. Maybe for Willis??
