This is interesting. Note that the tool next to the main blade is a glass cutter! And of course, there's the obligatory corkscrew. Any ideas on when made?

The only tang mark that we see is the one in the photo - Solingen.

My buddy finds all kinds of stuff at flea markets (mostly WII collectables) that he picks up for pennies and see selling on ebay for $$$.
