info on an old leon knife??

I have an old mini Jack knife and on both tangs are stamped with what I believe to be Leon. I cannot find any info about this knife any info would be nice and appreciated!

Goins lists A. Leon - Sheffield - "Silver Steel" stamped on top of the blade

But no dates are listed. Don't know if that is it or not.
