Identification is Appreciated

I have a couple pocket knives without tang stamps (maybe a Utica turtle shell & a New York Knife Co. ebony?) and a Carl Wusthof, Solingen Germany, (ivory?) knife I'm hoping someone might know something about.

I apologize about the quality of the pictures in advance- I took my digital camera up to my parent's house and forgot it so I had to use the old cell phone. At 2 megapixels it sucks for clear close-ups.

The turtle shell belonged to my grandfather as his EDC knife (pre-1979), the blades are shot, not much snap on the main blade, but the handles are nice. The ebony handled knife has an iron bolster and liners which seem to have been painted red at some point, which I tried to show in two pictures. It snaps open, half way and closed like a mule kicks. The Wusthof knife has an odd stamp on the back of the blade, kind of looks like the letter "A" or a tee pee. The no tang stamp knives are 3 1/2" and the Wusthof knife is 2 3/4".

The Carl Wusthof knife likely has celluloid scales as ivory does not shrink. The photos appear to show some slight shrinkage at the bolsters, which is common for celluloid. These scales are often called "French Ivory".

Your ebony (or cocobolo) handled knife is usually called a "Boys knife". Most of the major cutlery companies produced them. Below is a picture of a New York Knife Hammer Brand as well as a couple of E.C. Simmons Keen Kutters for comparison. (an 1105 single blade and a 2105 two-blade). These are all 3 1/2 inches closed. E.C. Simmons made the 1105 and 2105 frames with spear blades, spey blades, sheeps foot blades and of course the clip blades that are shown.

Note that they all have 4 rivets in the handles, while yours looks to have 3....that may help identify yours. Maybe Electric, Miller, Empire, or Challenge?
