Buck Creek Merry Christmas

This little knife measures 3" closed. The master blade is etched Merry Christmas. Both tangs are stamped Buck Creek on the front and Solingen Germany on the back. The shield is a Santa Clause head. The box that it came reads Merry Christmas 1991. Is anyone familiar with this knife? I don't know if it would be a collectible but it seems well made.
