what do ya'll look like?

If you can think of something to talk about that is not related to knives, discuss it here.

Well, this pic is not nearly as COOL (or drafty) as George's pic, besides we don't get enough snow in the Willamette Valley to warrant even owning a snow shovel. Thank the Lord!

This is a pic of me in the shop a couple years ago.
It must have been cold then because I am wearing several layers of clothes. ::shrug::
I think my granddaughter took the picture and she didn't get my good side.

I see that George didn't have that problem.

"to warrant even owning a snow shovel" that sounds pretty good to me right now. Nice photo Dale, she's pretty good!

This is a photo of me and some Team-Mates taken around Thanksgiving, 1969, at Special Forces camp, A-341, Bu Dop,
about eighty-five miles due north of Saigon and four klicks from the Cambodian border.

Martha Raye flew into our camp in the morning and spent all day with fourteen men. They flew her in, she got off the Huey,
they left and came back to get her about 5:00PM. She was a hoot. ::tu::

I'm standing back-left. I sure wish I knew what I'd just said to make her laugh so hard. I have no idea.

I look just about the same now as I did then, except I'm heavier by forty pounds, have greying hair and am wearing a shirt.

Great picture Charlie. Martha Raye and Ann Margarete loved the troops.

Here's the day we made Corporal. Me and Henry 'Steve' Kjentvet on Monkey Mountain, just north and east of Da Nang, August 1966. I'm the one on the left in the white skivvy shirt.

First time I was ever at a loss for words. Got to be something witty to say about your pic. This will have to suffice.

Here's a current photo in my Washington Redskins jersey. Although we haven't had much to cheer about in a few decades. I picked Bullitt4001 as a username because that's the car I drive. It's 2008 serialized (number 4001 of 5500 made in 2008) limited production tribute car named after the 1968 Steve McQueen movie "Bullitt", hence Bullitt4001. A couple of you asked to post some pictures.
It's the only Mustang Ford will ever paint in Hunter Green again...or so they say. Low 13's out of the box BTW.

McQueen raced cars and it shows in probably the most famous car chase scene in movie history. Groundbreaking for it's day. They only had two green fastbacks to work with. And yes, McQueen did his own driving in this sequence. He wouldn't have it any other way...
