kaleb is a good dude. I know what you mean its weird how some knives bring out different feelings in you. Some bring back memeories, others make you really happy. Heck most make me happy but you know what I mean right? Some just feel special. Usually its the older ones for me but I still really like some of the new ones too!

I have been carrying this little Spyderco Dragonfly for a couple weeks now, and it is becoming my favorite EDC. While the VG-10 steel dulls a little quicker than the 1095 of my next favorite knife, the leaf shape gives a lot more control when cutting. Plus it feels so good in my hand, and people always look twice (if they look at all) when I pull it out.

Been givin' this a little pocket time and I like the blade combination. I also like the Wenge wood scales, but haven't seen any other offerings in this handle material.

I always have a hard time deciding what to carry and I really like these two Case knives so I came to this system.

I carry the Case xx 1965-69 6269 Jack 4" all waking hours that I am not at work.
I carry the Case xx 1978 6249 Copperhead 4" to work every day.

Gino,

That is absolutely beautiful, man.

I know that is a tough decision to make sometimes, but who's gonna appreciate it "in hand" more than you?

Go for it and smile every day! ::tu::

Edge, I love my EDC's. I try to carry other brand knives, but to me I just can't do it anymore.
I still like the other brands, but GEC just beats them all, hands down. Right now my main EDC is a Northfield barlow, I'll try to get better pics and share them tomorrow. 8)

GJ, your praise of the barlow got me to ''try'' my #25 out and give it a fair chance, I've been carrying it for quite awhile now.
It's a great primary, and secondary EDC. ::tu::
so thanks

Now I'm thinking about that Furtaker. ::dang::

Johnny, I could not agree more.

Almost all my folder EDCs are GEC these days … they're just too nice not to.

Of course, I keep endin' up EDC-ing knives I thought I'd bought to "put up" … 8)

Of course, the primo stag scales ain't hurtin' my eyes too much either ...

Very nice knife.

Thanks Johnny - I like it a lot, it's a little truck.

You seem to be getting a pretty nice patina on that Barlow ... givin' that a shot, eh?

Looks good actually. ::nod::
