What kind is it?

Hey guys,
I have an old knife I need help with. It has shur edge on the handle. It has a wooden handle. two blades, both coming out the same side.
and the numbers822295 on the biggest blade. Can anyone help me?

my 2004 reference, c. houston price, shows $90 for a mint.
