Maybe you replaced yours with a bull/target barrel?
I did that too. I sold my original barrel. But now I don't shoot competitions anymore and I want to go back to factory original. That target barrel gets heavy in the woods looking for squirrels....

Got an old original Ruger 10/22 barrel lying around ya want to get rid of?
