want any info on this antique ivory Joesph Haywood & Co

I would appreciate any info on this knife and the maker including value. The knife is a Joesph Haywood & Co. Sheffield equal end knife with ivory handles. I do know the knife was made circa 1850-1869 but that is all i know.
