Hey Jerry - That one's what, 3" closed? The Leeks are 4" closed and a fine tight knife. I think I made a good choice too. It shoud fit them to a T.

Well, it's something they wouldn't buy for themselves and they're always borrowing mine. They will be great to clip to their purses with easy access and quick opening. Actually though, my youngest daughter wants a pistol. She really liked my .380 Walther PPK, so maybe next year.

Ooooh, that's a nice Northfield Edge! I'm back to this S&M Railslitter in Antique Greenbone today, just a great carry. The very first Schatt I ever bought back in 2005! If you ever find one like it, BUY IT! 1 of 100, I think this is what got me hooked on Pinched, Slanted and Threaded bolsters.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
Picked this SAK Officer up at a knife club swap meet. It's real nice in the pocket, it and my old Imperial easy open jack work well together..

I picked up this ole beater Case today that is going into EDC rotation as soon as I can clean it up a bit... it's a 63032 Case xx USA with six dots if I counted correctly, tip off one blade, but has good snap and is tight.

Thanks Trey and Gino. To me, it looks so old in the handle material. At the time I passed by it at a show and thought to myself, "What are you doin idiot?" Talk about readin a knife at a distance!! I bought it and laid down the $75 bucks before I even knew who made it. Only thing is, I should've bought the other handles in the Railsplitter pattern at the time. Still kickin myself on that one.
Later I did buy the Stag in it.

Thanks Gino!
I obviously don't carry that one even tho it is 1 of 600 made. I think I gave $90 for it back then. Today they tend to go for around $150 at the shows. Stag ya know.

Gino, my SAK has Officer Suisse on the tang backside of the main blade....I don't see Cadet on it. I'm new at the SAK thing, do they all have Officer and then different variants of that?...

Greg, Yes the Cadets have that on the tang. I am not sure about any of the others. I have around 10 different SAK'S and the Cadet is the only one with "Officer suisse" on the tang. Cool little knife though huh? I tried several different models before I found it.
