Hi all;
I bought me a Victorinox Tinker at Wal-Mart . I dont have much cash just like everyone else and for my everyday needs the Tinker is the best valueand I think the quility is great for my uses as an EDC.
I think I have the SAK Bug.I was impressed by the fit,finnish and quality for the price.(Just under $20.00)

Hey Paul,
I can see that you are a very practical man. Those SAK's have to be one of the most useful tools for the small amount of space that they take up.
One drawback... You will probably find yourself lending out your knife more often.. It will be like..
Does anyone have anything to take this screw out with? Hey Paul...
Paul, can I use your knife to open this wine bottle?
I need something to poke a hole in this.... Paul! etc.
BTW what are you going to retire as your old EDC?
Bryan

Hi Bryan;
I was useing my butterbean then I misplaced it .Didnt have the Money to get what I wanted so I bought some kinda cheap China crap linerlock?? with back springs
at Lowes. hey,2 bucks on sale from 6(They said) YUck
worked ok
for the time I had to indore
carrying it.
Oh! Wife found my butterbean in the washer
so its retired in the lockbox for now
I'm Happy she found it.She and the kids was the one who bought it for me in the first place back in Dec. of 2000. at Lows. Came with one of those trucks for $20.00. Cant even look at one now for 20 bucks. Sorry to say Kids destroyed the truck.But I'm OK with it. Kids are kids and it was only a thing. The pleasure I recieved from watching them playing with it is priceless. I was a little upset at first untill I put it in perspective.
May God Bless the children,They are precious.
