Here is what it starts out like. More like an explosion that anything else. It's going to take me a long time to put this back together because the new handles are ivory and will be scrimshawed.

Thought I'd post this pic for those that have never blown up their knives before...........

It is a barrel of fun IF everything goes as planned, or at least close to plan. Good work Colin, keep us posted. Nothing else I'd rather do than work on a knife
