I like that Case swayback On Edge. I just got one in jigged chestnut bone. I love it, a really sweet knife. ::tu::

my lovely and talented mail carrier just brought me this faux tortoise shell Boker whittler to add to my collection. Got it cheap, cause it didn't have a box! ::tu::

JohnnieR,

Gorgeous NF 'Easy'! Man that's nice …

You guys are a bad influence on me - got me lookin' hard at GEC …

Ranger,

Nice catch! I'm coming to the conclusion that I just like well made knives, period. Pretty profound, eh?

And can someone please explain why I never get the "lovely and talented" delivery personnel? I mean, I still get my stuff delivered, and sometimes it's a sweet new blade, but I'd still rather get roses from a dove than a crocodile … ::smirk::

Sweet knives all, Gentlemen …

Now I KNOW you folks are a bad influence …

I have picked up a couple things since last post, but today … well today I turned a corner.

Today Mr. Postman brought me my first GEC, and I am tongue tied and totally taken by this solid, beautiful tank of a knife … WOW.

I think I am beginning to understand …. did I say WOW? …

Thanks, JR …

I think I've decided to collect Wharncliffes - make that the underlying theme of my collection - Wharncliffes and Modified sheepsfoot - anything with that straight, talon-esque feel - just love 'em.

Thanks again for all the support.
