I started a slip joint about a year ago…………messed it up…………….set it aside……………and just now got the bug again.
I totally destroyed my first blade (last year’s) while trying to grind it, so I knew I had that to overcome.
I found a blurb online for a simple jig and man did it help! I have taken a few pictures to illustrate the simplicity of this jig and you can see how functional it is. When you have to grind the opposite side, you just flip the blade endo to the other holes.
This blade will go on a knife I should finish this week.
